What We Do
We encourage and educate young women to think about their life, themselves and how to be happy with hands on activities to help them learn who they are as a person, what they are passionate about, and where they want to go in life.
The workshops are about empowering women to believe in themselves, their talents and strengths and give them the tools to be successful, happy and resilient.
Our goal is to educate, empower and inspire women to grow in happiness, mindfulness, hardiness, in self- compassion and find the courage to be true to themselves and pursue the life that they want.
Is To Help Women To:
Become the best possible woman that they can be by having them acknowledge and build upon their strengths and talents.
Gain a better understanding of themselves and build upon their self confidence and as a result being able to apply that knowledge to their life.
Recieve fundamental life skills and develop personal philosophies that will enable them to be successful in school and throughout life.
Transition from passively waiting for life to happen to actively setting goals and pursuing their dreams.
Believe in Yourself
You have the potential to do extraordinary things. You set your own limitations. The sooner you realise the importance of believing in yourself, the sooner your life will become what you want it to be.
Let me help you to develop your confidence and realise that anything is possible with the right attitude, mindset and tools.
Tayla had great things to say and I think it's exactly what we have been looking for.
Thank you so very much!
This workshop gave me a more positive outlook about life and myself.
The workshop was extremely helpful and very applicable to a teenage girl audience. I wish that we could do sessions like these more often in order to be more educated in these areas.

I think it was a great and informative workshop that actually made me serious about fulfilling my goals.
Why Enrol in a WORKSHOP?
According to the most recent Mission Australia's 2018 National Youth Survey, coping with stress, school and study, mental health and body image were again identified as the top four personal concerns.
Enrolling in workshops helps young women to realise their potential, build on their self-esteem and personal image, develop dreams and begin to work towards the future that they desire. Who wouldn't want their daughter, granddaughter, niece etc. to have confidence, love themselves and to be successful and happy? ...Because her future matters.
