Mother & Daughter Retreats

On this Mother-daughter retreat you will have the opportunity to strengthen and transform your relationship with each other. You will be able to connect on a deeper level while having fun and learning more about yourself and each other. Upcoming retreats are located on 44 acres of private property in the Noosa Hinterland.

- 2 nights in a beautiful accommodation, twin share with your daughter

- Intimate setting surrounded by nature and limited numbers

- Daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners and snacks)

Cortnie Dawn

Founder and Self-Development Workshops


Cortnie is incredibly passionate about helping others, especially women, and inspiring them to create the life that they truly want. She is a Teacher, previous Public Health Policy Advisor, and has completed her Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification. Cortnie focuses on teaching science based techniques to help shift your mindset and create a better life. She has facilitated workshops and programs from one-on-one to up to 180. With her charismatic and fun personality Cortnie can not only captivate a room but also connect in a way that makes you want to keep listening. She is animated, real, and uses her life experiences and lessons to teach others.


Cortnie is very excited to be running her Mother & Daughter retreats to help Mothers and Daughters to both build upon their current relationship and for them to get a deeper understanding of one another. She looks forward to all of the unforgettable memories, laughter, connections, and transformative moments that will be created. 


Michelle Maher

Nutrition and Food Workshops

Michelle moved to Australia from Ireland in 2013 and has been calling Brisbane home since then! Initially working as a language teacher, it wasn’t long until Michelle fell in love with the active, outdoor lifestyle that we are so lucky to have in Queensland. From there Michelle decided to join the fitness industry and became a nutrition coach in 2016 and certified personal trainer in 2018. Since the gyms closed temporarily in March 2020, Michelle brought her business online, and now works as an online fitness and nutrition coach, helping women around the world achieve the bodies of their dreams.


Due to her huge interest in food & health, Michelle continues to learn and is now also studying a bachelor of nutritional medicine at Endeavour college of Natural Health in Brisbane. Michelle loves discussing all things food, fitness & nutrition and when she’s not in the gym, she can be found browsing Brisbane’s best health food stores and markets at the weekend.

Inga Giessmann

Yoga Classes

Inga is a dedicated Yoga Teacher, Holistic Transformation & Empowerment Coach and Intuitive Healer, who followed her heart’s calling to the beautiful Sunshine Coast more than 12 years ago, which she is grateful to call her home today.


Inga is most passionate about helping women reconnect to their authentic Self, and supports them in creating a life of true well-being, abundance and fulfillment on all levels.


In her work she chooses a holistic and heart-centred approach, drawing from various movement, healing and personal development modalities such as Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Bodywork, Reiki, Access Bars, NLP, EFT and Transformational Life Coaching, as well as from the experiences and insights gained on her own healing journey, and from working with a broad range of students and clients over the years.
